DELIVERY AND CARRIAGE CHARGES

Our standard delivery service for U.K. orders is Next Day. Orders should be placed before 3pm and the items must be in stock. If we are temporarily out of stock of any item we will contact you and advise of any delay.
Delivery in U.K. mainland is free of charge for order values over 100.00 excluding VAT.
All other orders will be delivered at a charge of 7.50 excluding overseas deliveries which will be charged at cost, which will be advised prior to taking payment.
Items which require special packaging or are oversize, may incur extra charges. We will advise of any extra charges before despatch.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All items returned for exchange or refund must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt of purchase. Goods returned for refund must be in their original packaging and unused. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns and must first obtain authorisation to return goods ,and a returns note number by e-mailing us at sales@onlinehandles.com. Providing the goods are returned to us within 21 days of you placing the order with us, and are in a re-saleable condition.Goods which are surplus to requirements will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% from date of purchase.Goods supplied in error from us a full credit will be issued.
Non-stock items, which have been specially ordered, will not be restocked under no circumstances.
Fabricated goods cannot be returned unless they are proved to be faulty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. These conditions apply to all contracts for the Sale of Goods entered into by ONLINEHANDLES. LTD.
2. Orders sent to addresses within the normal delivery area (Mainland UK) will be despatched if carriage paid by our designated carrier, subject to any minimum order value(100.00 exc vat). Consignments despatched by any other means will be subject to carriage/post and packaging charges and no liability will be accepted by ONLINEHANDLES Limited in cases of non-delivery, loss or damage in transit. ONLINEHANDLES Limited does not provide, nor offer to provide, losses in transit insurance cover.
3. Goods are supplied on the condition that where applicable the Manufacturers or Agents Conditions of sale shall be observed.
4. Prices are those ruling at the date of order. Prices on our website are maintained daily and despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mis-priced. If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount.
5. Goods Returned due to our error; ie .incorrect or damaged goods will be refunded in full without a -20% Restocking charge,as we are at fault,any replacements will be sent at our cost.
